Cultural Producers
Tamera Heron with artist Djofray Makumbu at Social Convention (c) RAC
Our Cultural Producers programme provides a comprehensive training programme in cultural producing across art-forms for eight 18-30 year olds.
The programme includes a 45-day paid placement in a local cultural organisation, classroom-based theory, 1-1 mentoring and regular supervision, with trainees receiving a training bursary (London Living Wage).
Over the course of the programme, participants are equipped with the tools, knowledge and experience to enter the creative arts sector and help to expand and enrich the culture of Newham and elsewhere.
