Key Considerations for Meaningful Youth Engagement
Led in collaboration with Robin Lockhart- Catalyst in Communities CIC, this panel & workshop will explore what meaningful youth engagement looks like in practice. Through panel discussions, interactive activities, and shared learning, participants will gain practical tools and strategies for developing impactful youth engagement approaches within arts and community settings. Young people’s voices and lived experience will be centred at this event and form most of the panel. The session is particularly aimed at small grassroots and community organisations seeking accessible and actionable guidance.

Designing Inclusive Events with Limited Resource
Delivered in partnership with Access All Areas, Catalyst in Communities and the Dialogue Café - supported by the RDCS, this workshop focuses on embedding accessibility into event planning and communications from the outset. Participants will explore practical tools, approaches, and low-cost solutions for creating more inclusive and creating welcoming cultural events and spaces.
